Spicy Mango Bites
Ingredients: 1 cup of frozen mango Chamoy Chili powder (tajín) 1 lime**
Now let’s cook
Take the mango out of the freezer and place it in a bowl. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes until it’s soft but still fresh and firm, with a texture similar to a cold gummy candy. If using fresh mango, cut it into medium cubes and refrigerate beforehand so it’s very cold.
Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime over the mango. Then sprinkle chili powder to taste — something mild and citrusy like Tajín, or spicier if you prefer. Gently mix so each cube is evenly coated with flavor.
Add a drizzle of natural chamoy, preferably homemade or with no added sugar, to keep it on the lighter side. Mix again until the mango looks juicy, glossy, and irresistibly vibrant.
Enjoy immediately as a refreshing snack, or place it back in the refrigerator for a few more minutes to enhance the cold, chewy texture. You can also serve it in small cups to share.
Done!
Tangy, sweet, and with just the right kick of heat.
Coconut Water with Red Berries Refresher
Ingredients: 1 tsp. coconut cream 1 cup of coconut water 1/2 cup of strawberries Ice**
In a large glass or pitcher, add the ice cubes and sliced strawberries (cut in halves or thin slices). Pour in the coconut water until fully covered. For a creamier, more tropical touch, add one tablespoon of coconut cream.
Gently stir with a spoon to combine the flavors. Let it sit for a few minutes so the fruit can release its natural sweetness. Serve with a strawberry slice or a sprig of mint on top, if you like.
A simple, light, and naturally hydrating drink — perfect for warm days or to enjoy anytime you’re craving something fresh.
Done!
A refreshing, light combination, ideal for anyone who wants to feel good!
